Caller from CHS received a complaint about a student driving recklessly. Deputy spoke to parent and student/parent advised he would pay attention at this point.

Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
Caller advised last night someone damaged his mailbox and gate opener. Deputy advised would respond as soon as this meeting was done.

Unwanted subject
Escobedo Lane – Arenas Valley
Caller advised a male who was supposed to work on her grandmother's vehicle is refusing to leave the property and making threats to harm her boyfriend. Another caller advised the subjects pulled a gun on him then hid the gun.

Caller advised his wife is visiting a friend and he is concerned for her well-being. Deputy advised female wanted to leave/transporting to Albertson's.

A 3-year-old male is staying with his dad and (redacted) needs to return the child to Albuquerque/caller advised there is a court order. Deputy made contact with child/he is okay.

Caller wants an indefinite CTW on (redacted) who is there right now. Deputy called x 3/went to voicemail. Caller called back advising to call her now, she has service on her phone.

Larceny
Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised yesterday representatives of a company that went to inspect his carpet took his money clip. Company was with Shaw Carpet from Fiesta Homes in Las Cruces. Deputy called caller.

Missing persons
Cortez Avenue – Hurley
Caller advised her father stays at the Gateway Hotel and he is not there/she last saw him four days ago. Deputy out at Gateway Motel/clear for now.

Elderly female. Deputy made contact with a male who was lying down on the side of the road/he said he was trying to get to Santa Fe to get his social security/when asked if he would like a ride to the shelter, he advised "No."/also denied any medical attention and stated he preferred to stay there and hold a sign for someone to take him to Deming.

There is a lot of yelling and screaming coming from the house. Deputy advised (redacted) left upon request.

Caller advised someone has damaged several mailboxes/doesn't look like an accident/also damaged a road sign. Deputy was advised.

Caller advised the neighbors are fighting over a child/they are yelling/she heard someone yell "Give me my child." Deputy advised send ambulance for 25-year-old female with wrist pain.

Caller advised a neighbor called her advising that a named female is parked in front of this address and she does not want her there. Deputy had negative contact.

Caller requests welcheck on her brother reference some concerning emails he is sending/he resides in a bus on this property. Deputy advised will contact caller right now/clear/everything is okay.

Unwanted subject
Goathead Path – Arenas Valley
A named male went into the house/he has a CTW/he is intoxicated/he is destroying things in the house/he has something like glass in his hand and is running after caller/caller has also had some alcohol/he was dropped off by an unknown person.

Fraud/embezzlement
Cortez Avenue – Hurley
Caller advised while her grandfather was with her in Arizona, her sister cleared out his bank account and now he does not have any money in it. Deputy following caller to Aztec Avenue/out at (redacted)/back out at Gateway.

Caller from Meals on Wheels advised they haven't seen a named female when they drop off food/haven't had contact by phone/haven't seen her since Apr. 28. 2023. Deputy had contact with subject's daughter in Santa Clara who advised female is with her sister in Santa Clara/made contact with subject who advised will be at her daughter's for a while.

Female jumped out of small grey car and started running and a male started going after her. Deputy advised possibly (redacted)/everything is okay.
