Caller advised a named subject is calling the caller and advising that he isn't able to bring his dog to pick up his wife at the Patio Restaurant. Caller stated subject told him he wasn't able to go back to the restaurant. Spoke to both parties/they were advised to stop contacting each other.

Advised a named male stopped by her mom's house wanting to talk to caller/she asked him to stop speaking to her/request a frequent patrol for next two weeks for the address. Officer informed her of steps to take to file a restraining order.

Neighbor saw a male come and break a window to caller's house/caller didn't see it/neighbor saw a man do it and take off. Officer set up frequent patrol for one month and ATL for a 4Runner with paper tag.
