At 550 PM snow was falling over portions of southwestern New

Mexico especially around Silver City and along Highway 90 from
Silver City to Lordsburg. This is creating dangerous driving
conditions due to low visibility under a mile and icy slippery
roads. Persons driving should exercise extreme caution or delay
travel until the weather improves.
