A named male is pushing clients and getting aggressive with staff/he is standing outside/he has a CTW/staff wanted him arrested last night but LE did not arrest him for violating.

80-year-old male fell/head is bleeding/caller advised male is not breathing and cannot roll him over to start CPR/caller just started chest compressions/no pulse.

Charmeine Wait will talk about Public Banks, how they work, how they differ from commercial banks and why a Public Bank would be good for New Mexico.

The Alliance for Local Economic Prosperity (AFLEP.org) has been working to establish a public bank. AFLEP’s mission is committed to creating local economic prosperity by maximizing equitable access to, and opportunities for, financial resources that support thriving economies throughout New Mexico especially in rural areas and in areas associated with agricultural adaptation to climate change and food production, processing, and distribution. Additionally, small businesses that cannot secure a commercial loan from a big bank would have access to funding.

Classic Westerns Film Series -FB Historic Preservation Society

TheShootistClassic Westerns Film Series Announced by Fort Bayard Historic Preservation Society

The Fort Bayard Historic Preservation Society will host a twelve part movie series, commencing on Thursday, January 11th, and continuing each Thursday evening through March 28th.  The series will feature some of the most highly regarded Westerns produced by Hollywood over the last seven decades.  Iconic stars such as John Wayne, Clint Eastwood, James Stewart and Kevin Costner are among the featured actors.  The venue for the showings is the former Santa Clara National Guard Armory, located across the highway from the Village of Santa Clara, six miles east of Silver City via US Highway 180.   Admission is free, concessions are available.  Doors open at 6:00 p.m., with movies beginning at 6:30 p.m.  The series schedule is:

Caller wants her child's father removed from the property/he put his hands on her and is trying to take their child and is intoxicated. Caller called back advising he is running toward Henry Street/does not have shoes on. Officer and deputy out at address.

Domestic disturbance
801 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller advised herself and her boyfriend got into a fight and the male hit her in the chest.

Advised someone was trying to break into the home/saw one person running west of the residence. Deputy advised outside walking/will be checking wellhouse/negative contact with anyone.
