A person in an older model white Cadillac is blocking the gas bay/possibly been there since last night. Officer advised everything is okay/subject ran out of gas.

Domestic disturbance
1313 E. 32nd Street
Male and female arguing at the bus stop/male pushed female/he is not letting female leave. Officer ID'd couple.

Shoplifting
206 N. Hudson Street
A named male just took a bottle of Jose Quervo Silver/he is by the Big Ditch now.

Shoplifting
1220 N. Hudson Street
Male in a red car going north on Bennett/newer model car/took items from the store in his black hoodie/another male waiting in the car when the first male left out the side door. Officers had negative contact on Bennett and surrounding area.

Breaking and entering
302 W. 11th Street
Behind this location in the back yard a male and a female are not currently there but have set up camp and left their belongings. Officers advised two subjects in custody, Aaron Montgomery and a female/transporting both to SCPD.

Welfare check
N. Hudson Street and E. Broadway
Male on a grey Harley/was drinking and driving/caller wants an ATL put out for him. Officer had negative contact.

Suspicious vehicle
N. Silver and 41st streets
Truck at the stop sign with the door open/newer model. Caller advised someone just walked up to it with a dog.

Criminal trespass warning
W. Highway 180
Male trespassed on caller's property/he is on WNMU property now/wants contact with LE. Officer had negative contact.

Harassment
Valley Vista
Male from up the street was threatening her and her boyfriend and also was being violent and aggressive toward an 8-year-old child outside.

Welfare check
12th Street and ditch (UPS)
Stating subjects are still living under the bridge and believes they have a campfire going. Officer had contact with a named female – clear/and a named male who took off/negative on a fire.

Unwanted subject
N. Gold Street
Advised her ex was at the residence and she does not want him there/hung up before any more questions could be asked. Officer advised unable to locate the address given/negative contact with anything.

Saturday, Nov. 25

Liquor laws
2800 Pinos Altos Road
Caller advised there is tension in the Flame/a named male and his brother were causing tension. Officer advised Xander Ortega was issued an indefinite CTW for the Flame.

Welfare check
915 Silver Heights Blvd.
Male lying down on the ground/not moving. Officer advised the named male is okay.

Reckless driver
Little Walnut Road and Cain Drive
Silver Kia driving all over the road/running off the road and hitting things/front of the car has damage. Officer went traffic with vehicle at Swan and 22nd streets/requested wrecker.

Domestic disturbance
3514 Fowler Avenue
Male wearing a black hoodie and female are fighting/male left toward Silver Vista and female ran inside the care center in the bathroom. Officer advised ATL for a named male. GCSO deputy advised one female in unit en route to El Refugio.

Unattended death
Big Ditch and Adobe Springs
Advised a deceased person is in the ditch/male face up in the water/between 7th and 8th streets by the pedestrian bridge. Officer requested OMI/OMI en route. Officers en route to Champion Express for follow-up.

Unwanted subject
N. Cooper Street
Caller advised her ex-husband is refusing to leave/he just walked out of the residence/he is sitting inside his vehicle/it's a red Chevy S-10. Officer advised to see if GCSO will take the call/no SCPD units available. Deputy has contact with ex-husband.

Welfare check
105 N. Rosedale Road
Male and female were just in the store/caller believes they were in a domestic/they left the parking lot. GCSO deputy advised ATL all the way to Hurley with negative contact.

Disturbance
Glenda Circle
Caller can hear subjects yelling at each other at this location. Second caller advised his girlfriend is hitting herself/caller disconnected twice. GCSO deputies advised one in investigative detention/en route to care center/one in custody being transported.

Larceny
2360 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a named male kept his money from his payment about 30 minutes ago/payment was $38/his storage was not restored/advised he contacted T-Mobile and they stated his payment was never received. Officer spoke with caller/will be out at T-Mobile for follow-up/caller called back advising his payment was just processed.

Harassment
1235 E. Highway 180
Caller and her 16-year-old daughter are being harassed by a named female via Facebook. Officer made contact with caller.

Loud music
16th Street
A maroon truck has been by caller's location about 20 times in the past four hours/it is making a train noise over a loudspeaker. Officer had negative contact/will speak with caller.

Welfare check
1600 16th Street – Mountain View Senior Apartments
Advised caller just returned home on Wednesday from Las Cruces and is concerned for his 50-year-old male friend/his caretaker has not gone back to his residence/he has been unable to get out of bed.

Game and Fish
N. Hudson Street and E. College Avenue
Deer in the roadway/deer is still alive. Officer advised deer is deceased and out of the roadway.

Welfare check
E. 13th and N. Swan streets
A female keeps going and standing in the middle of the roadway. Officer had contact with female/advised her to stay out of the roadway.

Suicide threat
N. Corbin Street
No report.

Unwanted subject
Lamina Loop
Advised a named male is in the home and is intoxicated and she does not want him there. Officer advised verbal only.

Criminal trespass warning
703 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised a male was earlier in the restroom under the influence/then he went outside and stayed by the dumpster for a while/he just left walking toward CVS/would like CTW issued. Officer advised clear from Denny's/will be ATL in the area/negative contact with subject.

Welfare check
Durango Street
16-year-old female/last saw five minutes ago/she is probably heading toward her grandma's house. Officers have contact with female at 12th and Gold streets/en route to speak with father.

Criminal damage to property
Canal Street
Someone tried to break into caller's home last night/they broke the screen and the window.

Welfare check
E. Highway 180 and Pinos Altos Road
Male lying down on the sidewalk south of McDonald's. Out with a named male/no warrants.

Unwanted subject
1315 N. Hudson Street
Two unwanted subjects refusing to leave/both male and female have dreads/they have a dog/they are going toward Hudson Street from 14th Street now/caller wants both issued CTWs. Officer had contact north of Blake's in the parking lot/ CTWs for Blake's were issued to Kristina Halvorson and Kody Flanburg.

Panhandler
100 N. Rosedale Road
Male is panhandling in the parking lot and he is harassing customers/caller wants him to leave. Officers had contact with Christopher Melendrez in front of the door and issued him a CTW for Walgreen's.

Welfare check
Memory Lane
Caller advised his brother has been drinking heavily after being sober for quite some time. Officer advised everything is okay/units clear.

Shoplifting
1220 N. Hudson Street
Possible shoplifting in progress. Officers advised Anthony Gomez was issued a CTW for all W&N Enterprises and he left the property.
