REVISED LEGAL NOTICE
The Town of Silver City Council will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 6:00 pm at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. Action items on the agenda will include:
Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting of May 10, 2016
New Business:
A. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution No. 2016-13: Authorizing and approving submission of a completed application for financial assistance and project approval to the New Mexico Finance Authority.
B. Approval / Disapproval of Bid #15/16-7: Little Walnut Road asphalt overlay.
C. Approval / Disapproval of Preliminary Budget for Fiscal Year 2016-2017.
D. Approval / Disapproval of an Agreement between the Town of Silver City and the Fraternal Order of Police, Silver City Police Officers Association, from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2018.
E. Approval / Disapproval of an Agreement between the Town of Silver City and American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Council No. 18, Local No. 3370, from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2019.
