ANEXO 1-Q CDBG
AVISO DE AUDIENCIA PÚBLICA CON LOS ELEMENTOS NECESARIOS
AVISO DE AUDIENCIA PÚBLICA
 
La ciudad de Bayard, Nuevo México, desea informar a todas las partes interesadas que se celebrará una audiencia pública:
 
16 de octubre de 2017 15:00 Ayuntamiento de Bayard 800 Central Avenue, Bayard, NM 88023
 
El propósito de esta audiencia pública será para informar sobre las actividades pasadas del programa de CDBG y recibir comentarios del público sobre las necesidades de desarrollo de la comunidad y sugerencias para futuros proyectos de CDBG. El programa de subvención de desarrollo comunitario (CDBG) fue establecido bajo título de vivienda y desarrollo comunitario actúo de 1974, según enmendada, con el fin de ayudar a las comunidades en la prestación de servicios esenciales de la comunidad, proporcionando vivienda decente habitantes, promover el desarrollo económico y mantener un ambiente de vida adecuado. El estado de nuevo México estima la apropiación 2016 de $9.000.000 para ser distribuidos en todo el estado sobre una base competitiva. Estado y los objetivos nacionales del programa CDBG requieren que ayuda hacer disponible para la dirección de activitiesthat por lo menos uno de los siguientes:

1) una actividad identificada como beneficiar principalmente a personas de ingresos bajos y moderados;
2) ayuda en la prevención y eliminación de tugurios y tizón;
3) satisfacer otras necesidades de desarrollo de la comunidad de origen reciente que tienen una urgencia particular porque las condiciones existentes representan una amenaza grave e inmediata a la salud y el bienestar de la comunidad donde otros recursos financieros no están disponibles para satisfacer esas necesidades.
 
Aplicaciones están limitadas a un máximo de $500.000 sin estimaciones de gastos certificada y $750.000 con estimación de los gastos certificados, excepto para aplicaciones de planificación que tienen un límite de $50.000.

Se describirán las categorías y actividades elegibles.
 
Todas las partes interesadas están invitadas a asistir, a presentar ideas de proyecto, para proporcionar datos de apoyo y testimonio y otra información pertinente.
 
Con suficiente antelación, se proporcionará un traductor para los residentes de hablantes no inglesa. Aquellos que no puedan asistir a la audiencia pública pueden enviar comentarios por escrito a:
