Sighting of a mountain lion/caller is en route to make contact with some people who are at the graves to inform them. Deputies met with caller -- had negative contact with mountain lion.

Caller advised that his mother went off the road in her tan Toyota Camry and hit a tree.

Burglary
Kirkland Road
Caller advised she got home at 9 p.m. last night and went straight to bed and when she got up she noticed her jewelry box and two old cellphones gone. Also her backdoor and fence were open.

Injured deer – hind leg caught in fence. Deputies made contact advising deer got out of fence.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Broken Arrow Drive – Silver Acres
Broken window on an old car. Deputy made contact advising they just had questions about towing a vehicle off their property. Vehicle was towed.

Harassment
Sandalwood Avenue
Caller advised that a strange number keeps texting her phone and playing games with her. Deputy advised it was someone who thought they were texting someone else/it is an old number.

Domestic disturbance
Tiger Lode
Caller advised that someone just broke a window and entered a vacant house. Advised that a motorcycle is leaving now.

Hot pursuit
W. Highway 180 – MM 89
Deputy advised passing MM 87 (Riverside)/attempting to make contact/vehicle not stopping. Turning off onto Iron Bridge – McCauley Road – Black Mountain dirt road. Advised vehicle just broke through the fence and kept going/speed 25 mph about 100 yards in front of deputy.

Tuesday, Dec. 26

Bobwhite Drive
Caller advised that he and his ex have a child exchange through KISS and they cannot get hold of her. Advised to cancel – they did get hold of her.

Burglary
N. Swan Street
TV was stolen.

Domestic disturbance
Country Club Road – Silver Acres
Caller advised that her husband is drunk and yelling at her and calling her names/all four of her kids are on scene. Deputy advised parties are separated/only verbal/ but female . . .

Criminal trespass warning
North Hurley Road
Deputy issued a CTW to caller’s granddaughter for the location and set up frequent patrol.

Welfare check
Highway 180 – Buckhorn
Caller who is working in Morenci advised that his daughter was just taken to the hospital with a hand injury and he does not want his ex on scene causing any problems in the home. NMSP officer on scene.

Wednesday, Dec. 27

Peterson Drive
Caller can hear someone yelling help. Deputies out with male at Highway 180 and Peterson Drive/this is the male who was yelling/his vehicle broke down. Deputy giving male a ride to apartments by the bowling alley.

Male sleeping on side of the roadway wearing a black hoodie. Deputy giving male a ride to a N. Silver Street address.

Fairway Drive
Caller advised a window was shot out. Deputy advised out at neighbor’s house.

S. Bear Creek Road and Highway 15
Female lying in the ditch. Deputy made contact with a homeless female taking a nap/everything is okay/female has a sleeping bag and does not want a ride or any help.

Pheasant Drive
Walk-in advised his residence was burglarized.

Weapons fired
Meadow Hawk Lane
Caller advised they got in a dispute with her neighbor and they shot her dog/he shot three times toward her son/they have ongoing problems. Caller advised neighbor is leaving in a white Dodge pickup.

Dog bite
Truck Bypass
Caller advised that his employees are at the location to collect from a customer and the customer ran in the house but the customer’s dog bit caller’s employee.

Bear Mountain Road
Caller advised that someone has shot a deer with a bow and arrow and the deer is dying in front of caller. NMSP was advised.

Covellite Drive
Caller advised she received a call advising a mountain lion is in a tree in her backyard. Caller called back advising the lion had left. G&F unit showed up but had negative contact.

Larceny
Cuprite Court
Caller advised that someone stole part of her Christmas lights. Deputy advised he has contact with a Dodge pickup that does not match description caller called in/pulled onto Daniel Street/advised they are speeding.

Thursday, Dec. 28

Battery
Skyview Drive
Caller advised that her mom pushed her boyfriend and then her sister punched him in the face and then her father came and pushed him as well. Deputies out at a Cinc Street address.

Welfare check
Chaparral Drive – Upper Mimbres
Wife’s son is out of control and threatening to hurt himself and family members. Advised the son hasn’t been himself since his car accident when he suffered a concussion.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Palomino Trail – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised that her boyfriend is drunk and trying to siphon gas from her grandmother’s car/he is very intoxicated. Deputies advised male left walking toward Silver/will ATL.

Welfare check
Welsh Street – Arenas Valley
There is a lot of yelling from a house/a female is yelling “just please stop.” Deputy advised clear/negative contact with anything.

Welfare check
Highway 15 and Main Street – Pinos Altos
Caller advised that a female is lying on the side of the road. Deputy had contact advising she is okay/does not need help.
