Caller advised someone broke the boards on the fence. Officer set up heavy patrol for two weeks.

Walk-in advised he had loans with the company and the company opened new loans in his name that he didn’t approve/stated they forged his signature.

Caller’s mom advised he has been standing outside his house yelling all morning and wants someone to check on him. Officer issued Freddy an indefinite CTW for a N. Corbin Street address.

Disturbance
1931 Pinos Altos Road
A named female brought a 2004 GMC for repair and the family called and said not to release the vehicle to her because she isn’t the registered owner/she is tearing the vehicle apart. Officers advised everything is okay/units will be clear.

Accident-property damage
300 16th Street
Caller advised she was rear-ended/she is in a maroon PT Cruiser/other party is a black Toyota
Cruiser.

Assault
1007 Pope Street
Recording alarm/Building A/panic button was pressed. Officer advised assault involving Cory Cohn/management unknown what they want to do.

Shoplifting
3025 E. Highway 180
Male or female/two subjects carrying a purse with several items. Officer issued both indefinite CTWs for Ace.

N. Bennett Street and E. Broadway
On top of the hill behind the Snappy a male is passed out on the street. Officer out with Tommy Coldwell.

Disturbance
2150 E. Highway 180
Three males and four females are arguing at Beall’s/about to fight. Officers out with a named male/clear/everything is okay.

601 N. Bullard Street
Caller advised a customer in the store needs to be removed/he is causing problems/want a CTW issued.

Caller advised he nailed into the wall and possibly hit some type of pipe and it is now leaking.

Shoplifting
206 N. Hudson Street
Male with a golden Lab stole two packs of cigarettes and candy/left walking. Officer advised clear/negative contact.

Tuesday, Oct. 22

Welfare check
Elias Street – 8:30 a.m.
Caller advised her named neighbor went to her house to use her phone to call dispatch and didn’t provide any information. Officer has contact with caller.

Elias Street – 10:20 a.m.
Caller advised he received a call from the address stating he needed an officer and he was okay/when caller tried to go over the info with caller again he hung up. Officer advised dropped off one male at GRMC/clear.

Criminal trespass warning
2350 Bosworth Drive
Officer issued ATL for Luz Sepulveda/if contact is made issue her a CTW for Pampered Pet Care.

100 N. Rosedale Road
Female standing next to a blue car appears to have been battered. Officer out with female at Walmart parking lot.

800 S. Robert Street
A named individual keeps calling and harassing the shelter/she lives in Reserve now.

Caller advised a named male went by her house and he is scaring her/he has a
CTW for the residence/he left walking.

2501 E. Highway 180
Caller was passing by and advised there is a large accident. Second party advised he is in a green F250 with a trailer in the roadway and he was hit from behind/they will try and move off the roadway.

Caller wants check on a named couple/she is a fall risk and he tends to wander off/both have Alzheimer’s.

Domestic disturbance
Plata Road
Possible domestic between boyfriend and girlfriend/male was drinking and left on foot with a weapon. Officer and deputy ATL for male/negative contact.

2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised she let a male in her truck and just noticed her iPad is gone/doesn’t know male’s name.

Disturbance
Plata Road
33-year-old female bleeding from the head/had a tile thrown at her head. Second caller advised of the address/two females were fighting/one went outside to ask for help/she then threw a rock at the back of caller’s head/advised they are now back in the house/disconnect.

Wednesday, Oct. 23

1455 E. Highway 180
Caller advised someone stole the license plate off one of the vehicles, and registration as well.

Caller advised someone stole his outdoor area rug from outside his house.

Received two calls wondering what was happening at SHS. Second caller advised her granddaughter texted her and stated she was placed ‘shelter in place.’ A named female called advising she did have the school placed ‘shelter in place,’ advising it was a drill and only a drill/everything is okay.

Officer ran plate/clear.

Advised her 3-year-old son has not been showing up to school at El Grito. Officer advised the child is okay/dad is working on some issues with the school and is waiting for a call back.

A named female is inside Walmart and has a CTW issued in 2016. Officer did license check.

Walk-in advised license plate stolen today at Walmart.

Elderly male lying on the bench/has several pill bottles lying around/he is not able to talk/harassing customers going into the store/age about 65. Officer advised Eugene Lynn/negative on CTWs.

Caller advised his brother is on scene and will not leave.

601 N. Bullard Street
Advised that two males and two females were trying to fight. Officer advised subjects left prior to arrival/clear from downtown/everything is okay.

Officer advised subjects turned it down.

Caller from Luna County Dispatch advised they received a 911 call from a named female advising her boyfriend was hitting her and they were leaving ‘a gas station’. Luna County had negative contact as did SCPD officer at the address.

Caller advised they can hear a lot of yelling. Officers had negative contact/will frequent patrol.

Male has backpack full of camping supplies/caller is following him to make sure he doesn’t run out an exit. Officer advised one in investigative detention/deputy assisted.

1313 E. 32nd Street
Male in green hoodie refusing to leave. Officer advised clear/deputies escorting Eugene Lynn to Bayard.

Silver City Post Office – 6:13 a.m.
Caller advised a homeless male is sleeping in the lobby. Officer out with male/male left the property.

Stolen motor vehicle
N. Cecilia Street
Caller advised that someone stole his dirt bike this morning/green and black Kawasaki 250.

Domestic disturbance
Cardinal Lane – 8:45 a.m.
A named female is causing problems/she is extremely drunk and trying to leave in her mother’s gold Chevy car. Officers advising it was all verbal/female left prior to arrival/negative contact with female on Bluejay Lane.

Shoplifting
2707 E. Highway 180
Advised that a male is inside the store possibly causing problems. Officer will check the Ace area.

Patient who has destroyed a door/he is still irate/he pulled things down off the wall as well.

Intoxicated persons
Cardinal Lane – 11:40 a.m.
Caller stated her daughter is intoxicated and caller needs assistance putting her to bed as the parents are sick.
