Walk-in at SCPD advised she was told today about a sexual assault against her granddaughter. She was advised to go to GCSO.

Welfare check
Rio de Arenas Road -- 7 p.m.
Caller advised her granddaughter walked toward the mountains behind the trailer park/she is bipolar and schizophrenic/she has been gone since 5:30 p.m./she was threatening to hang herself. Deputy advised negative on a suicide threat/she and grandmother got in an argument and . . .

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Morales Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised her ex is at her residence taking parts off her RV so she can’t leave. Deputy out on Morales Road with a vehicle with its light bar on/female advised she left to get gas but never showed up/homeowner advised she could go back to get her equipment.

Tuesday, Oct. 22

Criminal damage to property
S. Highway 90
Caller advising someone broke into his home/caller sounded highly intoxicated or under the influence and was hard to understand. Caller called back advising all his windows are broken and can see 5-6 people in the shadows outside. Subject is on different medications/refused medical attention.

Welfare check
Highway 180 @ Santa Clara Armory
Caller advised someone is following him and ‘trying to kill’ him/the vehicles following him are a Ford and a red vehicle/caller disconnected the line. Upon call back subject is picking up and disconnecting the line. Deputy went traffic with vehicle but advised this is not the subject.

Larceny
W. Highway 180 – Mangas Valley
Caller claims he had speakers along with other items stolen from the property. Deputy set up frequent patrol for this area for one week.

Breaking and entering
Briarwood Drive
Caller received info from her neighbor that someone is moving into her house. Deputies set up frequent patrol for next two months.

Unwanted subject
Camino Tolteca – Tyrone
Caller advised her son is screaming and threatening her and she does not want him there anymore/call was disconnected. Deputy had contact advising all units clear/everything is okay at this time/escorting male to Market and F streets.

Welfare check
Skyview Drive
Caller advised she could hear a female screaming. Deputies had contact with a female who was having an anxiety attack, but she is okay now.

Wednesday, Oct. 23

Domestic disturbance
S. Highway 90
Caller advised a named male shoved her outside the house and is refusing to let her get her belongings. Deputies responded.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 @ Quail Canyon
Deputies out with vehicle pulled to the side of the road at MM 105 (between Red Rock Road junction and Mangas Terrace)/will welcheck/female driver is okay/pulled over to use her phone/advised there are multiple white SUVs that could match/did ATL up to MM 100 (Red Rock Road junction).

Battery
Chino Mines/Santa Rita
Advised a male slapped his phone out of his hand and broke the phone/slapped his hand and the phone at the same time. Deputy advised security will guide deputy in.

Vehicle burglary
Dragonfly Trailhead
Caller stated that her friend’s vehicle was broken into and purse was stolen.

Assault
Grenfell Drive – Arenas Valley
Caller advised she knocked on the door at the address and a male came out and stated to her, “If you knock like that again I will shoot you.” Caller got back in her FedEx truck and left.

Unwanted subject
Pinon Lane – Grant County
Caller advised a druggie is on his property and she is causing problems/she is hiding in the woods near his house. Deputy on scene with negative contact with caller/he did not answer the door or his phone.

Thursday, Oct. 24

Accident-property damage
Highway 180 @ Iron Bridge
Male caller advised a tree is across most of the road. NMDOT was notified and advised en route. WB lane closed. Female caller advised that she hit a tree this morning and had to leave because she didn’t have cell service and had her child with her.

Unwanted subject
Flury Lane – Arenas Valley
Caller advised a named female in a grey Jeep causing problems with him at his job site/she is following him and going to his house every day to bother him. Second caller is the female requesting to meet with the deputy at the church down the road.

Accident-property damage
Highway 180 – Oakwood Estates
Advised the vehicle behind her hit a deer/unknown if deer is still alive. Negative contact with either deer or vehicle in the area.

Game and Fish
Highway 15 and Owlhoot Trail
There is a dead deer on the side of the road. Called NMDOT with negative contact/left voicemail. Terry of DOT advised they do not pick up dead deer, as they have nowhere to dispose of the deer.

Burglary
Pike Street – Arenas Valley
Caller advised she was gone for the day and someone broke into her house and took something from her/she believes she knows who it is.

Welfare check
11072 W. Highway 180
Caller from CYFD advised will be doing a home visit with a named individual today and she usually gets mouthy with CYFD case worker/will meet deputy in the driveway of residence.

Game and Fish
Sanctuary Road
Injured deer/just sitting in the area/has not moved.

Suspicious vehicle
Old Fort Bayard
Deputy advised they were advised the park is closed from sunset to sunrise.
