Male in bathroom who will not leave. Out with Michael Garcia who was issued an indefinite CTW and left upon request.

At NAPA/male walking toward Walmart/he did steal something/he put an ‘air tool’ in the front pocket or down his pants. After ATL in the area officer had negative contact with male.

Domestic disturbance
32nd Bypass – Child Income Support
Customer went in advising a female down the road in a vehicle is possibly having trouble with her partner/female is hanging out the passenger door. Officer advised subject was having vehicle trouble/everything is okay/called a wrecker.

Criminal damage to property
W. 6th Street
Caller stated that her travel trailer was damaged.

Vehicle burglary
1605 W. Market Street
Caller advised someone broke into his vehicle and stole his backpack/he is home now in Santa Clara. Officer had negative contact/left voicemail.

Burglary
N. Gold Street
Caller advised he just got home from work and noticed a lot of items missing. Negative on report/doesn’t want anyone inside the residence/signed a complaint withdrawal.

Accident-property damage
W. 12th and Pope streets
White Ford Escape and Nissan Altima/negative on injuries.

Vehicle burglary
900 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised someone broke into her vehicle and took the stereo/the subject who did this dropped his wallet. Officer on scene.

Burglary
Yankie Street
Advised someone stole a bunch of tools from his house and more tools out of his tool shed. Caller called back advising he found his items being sold on Facebook by a named individual.

Criminal trespass warning
Visitor Center
Caller advised a named male is at the front door and is sure he has a CTW. Officer advised the male left prior to arrival/will ATL.

Accident-property damage
N. Hudson Street and E. Broadway
Chevy Equinox and gray Cadillac/no injuries/no fluids leaking. Officer checked registrations and driver’s licenses.

Battery
2005 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a named female approached her at the bar and hit her in the mouth. Caller called back advising the female is back on the property.

Harassment – 6:50 p.m.
1313 E. 32nd Street
Caller said a couple days ago a guy tried to break into her car. Today the same guy with another guy came to her door. Yesterday, it was the same but they had a woman with them. Caller believes they are trying to intimidate her because they believe she is trying to get them kicked out of the Lintero Apartments.

Harassment
2711 Leslie Road – 7:30 p.m.
One Mexican and one named black guy are outside her apartment.

Domestic disturbance
Plata Road
Caller advised his wife is losing her mind/she’s throwing rocks at him. Officers advised one female in investigative detention/female released from investigative detention/parties separated for the night.

Criminal damage to property
Pinos Altos Road
Caller advised someone broke the window on her door. Officer set up frequent patrol for one week.

Saturday, Oct. 26

Battery
Jason Lane
Caller from GRMC – ER advised an altercation occurred with injuries/it occurred in Silver City but unsure where.

Suspicious vehicle
Ben Altamirano Sports Complex
Male and female were asked to leave.

206 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised a vehicle is in her parking lot and it is creeping her out. Officer advised negative on anyone in the vehicle/advised they can tow the vehicle if needed.

Harassment
Indiana Street
Advised that a named male is harassing caller through texting and she wants him to stop. Officer had negative contact with other party/left voicemail.

Welfare check
1810 N. Swan Street
Advised a male is causing problems/they are behind the Snappy on the sidewalk/now walking down Gold Street.

Harassment
San Vicente Creek
A half mile below the Highway 90 bridge two subjects are harassing caller. Advised they were digging in the area and caller told them they were not allowed to be digging in that area and they started to harass him. Officers advised they will be on foot walking the trail.

Sunday, Oct. 27

Domestic disturbance
2800 Pinos Altos Road
A male who left north on Highway 15 in a white lifted Jeep was pushing the female. Officers and deputies had negative contact with vehicle.

Domestic disturbance
Plata Road
Caller advised her husband kicked her in the head/he left toward the Chevron with caller’s dog/she does not need an ambulance. Officer advised units clear/verbal domestic.

Welfare check
Highway 180 @ Arby’s
Reference to a subject lying on the sidewalk wearing a red jacket with a hood. Officer advised he is okay/clear.

Fraud/embezzlement
915 Silver Heights Blvd.
Counterfeit $10 bill/have footage ready.

Criminal damage to property
1340 E. 32nd Street
Caller advised broken glass/middle office. Officer set up frequent patrol for next week.
