Homeless male has been camping the last four nights/caller from Silver City Parks needs him removed/he is lying down in the small gazebo/he leaves during the day then sleeps at location. Officer made contact/both parties are packing up upon request/clear.

1330 E. 32nd Street
Caller advised it appears someone attempted to break in/a window has been damaged, but it does not appear anyone gained entry.

Game and Fish
Pinos Altos Road
Dead deer on sidewalk/dead deer guy was advised.

1400 Pinos Altos Road
Cinderblock was thrown through office window/did not gain entry.

Caller from Ambercare has called a female patient several times and banged on the door/she is not answering. Officer made contact/everything is okay.

1600 16th Street – Mountain View Senior Apartments
Officer made contact with a named female/she advised she was waiting for a friend/out with caller.

Caller advised a sister just left the location after damaging caller's property and acting crazy in front of the kids. Officer advised to put out ATL for Maria Aguirre and if contact is made issue her an indefinite CTW for this address.

Caller advised a female is slumped over steering wheel in a white van. Officer requested ambulance for 55-year-old female/very confused/chest pain. She told officer she was on a new medication/refused medical treatment/advised her friend who arrived on scene who take . . .

Caller advised she rolled her Ford Ranger/possibly has a head injury/no other vehicles involved/vehicle landed upright.

Caller could hear a lot of yelling/believes the adults are drunk/3-5 kids are there. Officers out with three named females.

Caller advised a named male who has a CTW just went into the store/he is refusing to leave/he just left headed toward College Avenue. Officer advised negative contact with male/will frequent patrol.

Caller advised a rake was taken from his front yard last night/he does have video footage of subject. Officer made contact with caller.

1810 N. Swan Street
Caller advised her boyfriend is refusing to give her her items/a named female is causing problems/caller is being very uncooperative.

Caller advised they left and will call back if she needs someone to respond.

A named male is in the store and they want him removed/he is stripping off his clothes. Officer has one male in custody en route to station.

Male walking around trying to disturb the tents they are trying to set up/another male in a yellow shirt is trying to do the same.

E. 20th Street
Advised her ex is at her house and hitting things/being aggressive toward caller while she has her newborn in her arms/male is intoxicated. Officer advised out with one male en route to Partridge Drive.

Tuesday, July 4

Welfare check
Grant Street
Caller advised that her friend is sending strange texts that she is going to be killed/she tried to call her friend and she is not answering. Officer was advised.

Harassment
Virginia Street
Advised a named male texted her that he is going to show up to her house and beat her up/he has done so in the past/he drives a white Kia/front door is locked but her family just lets him inside/he is the father of her child.

Welfare check
Newsham Street
Multiple open 911 calls. Upon callback caller advising she and her boyfriend have been fighting/verbal only at this time/he is in the bathroom breaking things/caller is yelling for him to get away from her. Officer made contact.

Domestic disturbance
E. Richard Street
Caller advised she can hear her neighbors fighting/a female is yelling for male to get off her/sounds like they are hitting each other/male went outside and is yelling at the female/male just went into a camping trailer and is throwing things out of it and screaming. Officer advised all verbal.

Shoplifting
1220 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised a named male just took alcohol and steaks/he walked across the street to the ice machine/now headed to the bank.

2502 E. Highway 180
Male lying on the ground next to the rocks. Officer made contact with the named male/clear of warrants and CTWs/he is okay/just relaxing.

Aggravated assault
206 N. Hudson Street
Six kids just pulled a gun on a named male/they are headed up Broadway/caller is uncooperative. Officer out with kids at Visitor Center.

12th and Dairy Queen
Officer made contact with a named male who had blood on her (his?) mouth.

Caller advised at approximately 2 p.m. a Max Trap was stolen from a rack on the side of his truck.

Parties just separated/one of the subjects is throwing bottles at people/advising he just stole beer from Food Basket and is giving beer to other people. Officer advised out by 12th Street Snappy ATL.

1220 N. Hudson Street
A named male just ran out of the store with more items toward the park. Officers out with the male at Grant and 10th streets/ribs and Twisted Teas stolen/out at Gough Park looking for items.

Aggravated assault
N. Corbin Street
Advised a named male pulled a knife on her son/walking east on 13th Street. Officers out at Swan and 13th with one female.

Battery
Yucca Street
Advised his sister is acting . . ./possibly hasn't taken her pills/his kids are at the home locked in the bathroom/she did hit caller/she did drink alcohol. Officer has contact with the parties.

Shoplifting
1956 E. Highway 180
Male took a basket full of items and left running toward back of the building/getting into a green vehicle/headed down Rosedale.

Advised someone is in the Big Ditch yelling.

A named female is refusing to leave and she is throwing rocks at the neighbors/she is outside screaming. Officer advised Madonna Leyba in unit en route to station/en route to GCDC.

Bald subject in the middle of the roadway. Officer had negative contact with anyone in the area.

12:02 a.m. – Silver Consolidated Schools; 12:14 a.m. – E. Yankie Street; 4 a.m. – Village Drive; 4:11 a.m. – N. Silver and E 13th streets; 4:46 a.m. – 855 Silver Heights Blvd.

Caller is unsure what his neighbors are doing/they are grilling or burning and the smoke is going into his house.

Cannot wake her 86-year-old husband up/can feel a faint pulse/he has end stage renal disease/has been getting weaker and weaker every day. EMS1 at the gate trying to get it open/EMS1 on scene.

Advised that a named male is outside causing issues and want him issued a CTW. Officer issued Ricky Acosta a CTW for the library.

A male is yelling at himself and walking toward the park. Officer made contact with the male who advised he was okay.

Caller advised a male tried to cash a check and when denied he became irate and yelling at caller/wants a CTW issued. Officers had contact with Jim Rodriguez in the parking lot and issued him an indefinite CTW for Food Basket.

501 E. 13th Street – Volunteer Center
Saw a male jump over the fence and start swinging a stick around/want him issued a CTW. Officer advised foot pursuit/Joseph Pena in custody.

A named male is in the store again and gets mad when he is asked to leave/headed now toward McDonald's. Officers had contact with male on back side of Marathon/en route to a Swan Street address to drop off dog.

Katheryne Circle
Caller advised he feels threatened by a neighbor/his vehicle has a loud muffler as well. Caller advised he flipped off the driver as he drove past caller's house.

Arson
111 S. Texas Street – Gospel Mission
Caller from Gospel Mission advised a pile of leaves is on fire behind the house. Officer advised the fire is spreading toward the Gospel Mission. Officer has one male in investigative detention. E12 advised two places with fire/one by Gospel Mission and one at rear of building/both are out at this time/will be on scene doing mop-up.
