Caller advised that (redacted) raped her many times. Caller was advised a deputy would call her. Deputy had negative contact with caller.

Caller just fired (redacted) who is now threatening caller.

Caller advised her son took her vehicle yesterday to get a prescription and still hasn't returned the vehicle/needs to report it as stolen. Deputy advised caller does not want to press charges/if contact is made hold for GCSO.

Little Walnut and High Lonesome roads
Advised his vehicle was hit with a bottle/he is on foot walking north on Little Walnut. Subjects are arguing in background.

Vehicle vs deer/deer is still alive.

Advised her friend called her advising she wanted to kill herself by overdosing on oxy pills. Deputy advised possible overdose/63-year-old female. EMS10 page in EMS3.

Tuesday, Aug. 22

Larceny
Artcher Road
Caller advised ex-girlfriend, daughter, and another family member, broke into the gun cabinet and stole a handgun while moving out belongings.

Complaint on NMSP officer by homeless person.

Harassment
Manzano Rojo – San Lorenzo
A named male has been menacing caller for three years/today he made suggestive gestures with his fingers indicating he wanted to shoot caller. Deputy advised en route to transfer station to ATL for male.

Stolen motor vehicle
Zinc Hill Road – Hanover
Caller advised his 4wheeler was stolen/last seen on Thursday/Honda Baja 4wheeler/red and black/caller will be en route to GCSO.

Accident-property damage
Rosedale and Cove roads
Caller advised a small car went off the roadway/caller stopped and asked if everyone was okay and they answered yes. Deputy requested ambulance for driver and 2-year-old son/no injury and child was restrained. The right back tire is deflated and heavy damage to . . .

Child around 11-years-old went to the house saying home(?) beat him and he and his mom are homeless and living in a car/unknown where the mom is. Mom called advising her son took off. Deputy advised one male juvi in unit en route to Saavedra Road.

W. Cedar Street – Santa Clara
A named male is acting erratic and caller hasn't heard from the three children, 2, 5, and 7-years-of-age. Deputy made contact with the children and they are okay.

Highway 180 – MM 126 (2 miles south of Bayard Cemetery)
Vehicle cannot maintain lanes/the vehicle did hit a sign/sign is still attached to the vehicle/going toward Hurley. Second caller advised it is a grey Ford/still taking down signs/vehicle now stopped. Deputy requested ambulance for 18-year-old female with abdominal pain.

Caller advised her daughter is on her way to cause issues at her residence/caller requested frequent patrol for next month.

Red motorcycle and a black Chevy Denali are parked at the yard and they should not be there.

Wednesday, Aug. 23

Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Small Hobart welder stolen/various things disturbed/claims gate was locked.

DVO served x 4
Location redacted, Valle de Uvas – Upper Mimbres, Hurley Street – Bayard, and Partridge Drive.
No reports.

Criminal damage to property
Coleman Drive
Caller advised her neighbor hit her house with his vehicle yesterday afternoon/they are having ongoing issues, Deputy advised out at a Coleman Drive address/issue indefinite CTW.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – MM 129 (2 miles south of Hurley)
Vehicle cannot maintain lane/turned onto Airport Road. Deputy attempting traffic with vehicle on Bard Street in Bayard/pulling into a Bard Street address. Deputy requests wrecker/wrecker en route for vehicle.

Caller from Sierra County dispatch advised possible domestic involving a white Dodge Durango with a broken back window/the driver was doing donuts in the campground and yelling at a female. Deputy advised verbal only/deputy saw his children . . .

Caller is calling for her elderly male neighbor who has a female staying with him and now she is refusing to leave. Deputy advised doing standby for parties/female left on her own free will and was issued a CTW.

W. Highway 180 – Cliff
A named female who lives alone is having issues with her soon-to-be ex-husband who has been aggressive. Deputy advised front gate to property is locked/made contact with female/she stated she has been busy and will call caller once caller is back in town.

Caller advised her mother called caller's grandmother asking for money. Caller requested a callback. Deputy clear from calling caller.

Caller and her boys are cleaning the property and a female is yelling and screaming that it is her property/she is refusing to leave.

2069 Cottage San Road – Silver Star
Stolen package. Deputy had negative contact/left a message.

Domestic disturbance
N. Swan Street – Everest Point
Caller can hear two subjects yelling at each other/they are in two white pickup trucks. Deputy had negative contact with any vehicle in the area.

Camino Azteca
Last time caller talked to her cousin was Monday/they usually talk every day. Deputy had negative contact with subject.

Criminal trespass warning
70 Truck Bypass – Peaceful Trailer Park
Caller advised a tenant told him lights are on in trailer of Space 8 which is vacant. Deputies advised call out ACO/multiple dogs and cats are inside/negative contact with anyone else inside/made contact with male in front of property/contact with (redacted) in Space 7/out with (redacted).

A named male is at the address and he has a CTW/they are all under the influence of narcotics. Deputies had negative contact.
