A named male is yelling at the clerk/he isn't wanted. Officer advised out with Anthony Alcorta in front of Werner Tire/re-issuing him a CTW.

An older white van is parked at location everyday with a larger dog/caller requested phone call as she has a lot of information to provide to LE. Officer advised have contact with caller/have contact with driver of van/calling caller back.

S. Texas Street
Caller advised she has visitation with her son at 5 p.m. and the guardian informed KISS that she wasn't going to take the child for the visitation. Officer went to the residence and had contact with the child and his grandma/child was okay being watched by . . ./on the phone with caller/caller wants to speak with a supervisor.

E. Highway 180 and Durango Street
Passenger in a tan Suburban holding a new baby with no seat belt. Officers had negative contact.

610 N. Silver Street – Seasonal Overnight Shelter
A named male is trying to fight with staff and is possibly mentally unstable/currently outside. Officer had contact at the driveway/issued Josh Tavarez an indefinite CTW/took him to a Louisiana Street address.

Caller from GRMC advised a male has been in the ER waiting room all day and is refusing to leave/hasn't caused problems with anyone today but just not listening to leave/wants him removed. Officer advised male left property/went to Dollar General.

Larceny
2154 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a named male just stopped her advising someone is stealing from him at Harbor
Freight and asking her to call 911. Officer had contact with male at bus stop by Arby's/he is highly intoxicated. Male stated a male and a female were going through his stuff he had behind the old Nox Fit gym building.

Accident-property damage
111 E. College Avenue
Advised she just witnessed a hit and run/a white Toyota got hit in front of Curl Up and Dye.

N. Swan and 33rd streets
Male walking north in the roadway. Officer had contact with male near PNM/he is not in the roadway and does not want to talk.

610 N. Silver Street – SOS
A named male needs to leave for the night/he has been confrontational. Officer advised units clear/male left the property.

Loud music
2080 Memory Lane – Valley View Apartments
Caller advised his neighbors are partying very loudly. Officer made contact with owner/will be turning music down.

Saturday, Oct. 21

Domestic disturbance
E. College Avenue and N. Hudson Street
Officer advised a female stated she was just in a verbal argument with her friend/going to be giving her a ride to the Silver Cliff Apartments.

Game and Fish
Mountain View Road @Kountry Kitchen
A deer has been hit by someone who isn't around/deer is still alive with a broken leg. Negative contact with the deer.

218 N. Bullard Street
A named male is refusing to leave and is calling caller names/does not want a CTW issued. Caller advised the male is aggressive today/he usually isn't/wants to speak with LE.

Shooting
Mountain View Road
Caller heard gun shots early this morning/he went outside and found bullet holes in his house/no one is injured. Officers on scene/set up frequent patrol for the following . . .

407 N. Hudson Street
Male walking in the middle of the roadway. Officer out with Frank Gomez at La Familia/he was re-issued the CTW for Hudson Laundrymat.

Disturbance
Tracy Circle
Advised a named male is causing issues with caller. Dispatch could hear male yelling in the background. Officers had contact with Manuel Palacio/taser deployed/one in custody en route to station.

Panhandler
415 N. Bullard Street
Male sitting in the entrance playing music/he does this every Saturday/wants him to move along. Officer out with the named male.

Game and Fish
Durango and E. 13th streets
Advised an injured deer is on uncle's property.

Criminal trespass warning
2501 E. Highway 180
Last CTW issued to Anthony Alcorta was June 2023. Officer re-issued CTW to Anthony Alcorta.

Harassment
201 W. College Avenue
Stating a male is following him and harassing him/does not know his name. Officer advised clear/both parties went their separate ways/both were highly intoxicated.

Sunday, Oct. 22

Harassment
E. Highway 180 – Sheriff's Office
Caller advising a named male is following her /he is drunk and driving a white car/caller advised her ex-husband ran over the male's sister and now he is trying to pay him back by hitting caller with his vehicle/caller is walking from Shady Grove toward Arenas Valley/she was advised to walk up to the sheriff's office.

Aggravated battery
2800 Pinos Altos Road
Caller advised she got into an argument with a named male and he pulled a knife on caller and her son/he left in a red Dodge. Officer advised negative contact with vehicle on PA Road/the Flame would like an indefinite CTW issued to Jacob Simpkins.

610 N. Silver Street – SOS
A named male is on the property and he is not wanted. Officer had one in custody and released on a CTA.

Breaking and entering
E. 6th Street
Caller advised someone broke in by breaking a window and vandalizing the place. Officer set up frequent patrol for next two months.

Accident-property damage
N. Gold Street
It happened Friday/needs report for his insurance.

Criminal trespass warning

A named male is at location in a Power Ranger costume refusing to leave/he does have a CTW. Officer re-issued Manny Herrera an indefinite CTW.

Stolen motor vehicle
S. Bullard Street
2018 white Toyota Corolla is missing from location/caller last saw it at 10:30 last night.

Domestic disturbance
18th Street
Caller's husband attacked her 13-year-old son and left in a white Crown Victoria/negative on medical attention. Officers set up frequent patrol for one week/en route to station to make copies of emergency DVO/en route to a Farley Road address to serve respondent.

Caller advised he was told a named male was outside his mother's residence causing problems and refusing to leave/it's caller's sister's ex-husband. Officer re-issued CTW to Danny Perry for address.

Hudson Bridge
Male lying on the ground under the bridge with his bicycle /appears to have wrecked. Officer ID'd the male who had lacerations to his right arm and a cut on his forehead.

Criminal trespass warning
Fran Drive
Uncle is outside/he is not supposed to be there/he is spraying the vehicles with a water hose/needs to be issued a CTW. Officer issued Danny Perry the CTW for the location.

Domestic disturbance
Bluejay Lane
Caller advised her husband is being aggressive toward her and her kids/he broke the door/he is intoxicated/it did get physical between him and her/he pushed her.

Welfare check
1414 Little Walnut Road – Silver Cliff Apartments
A named male just knocked on her door saying his leg is broken and he needs an ambulance. Officer requested ambulance for 49-year-old male with left hip pain/suicidal ideations.
