Sealed bids for the general construction of “GW Stout Silver Street Student Parking Lot Phase II” will be received by the Business Office at the Administrative Offices located at 2810 N. Swan Street, Silver City, New Mexico until 2:00 PM, MST, Wednesday, March 13, 2019. At that time all bids received after closing will be publicly opened at the Administrative Office and read aloud. Any Bids received after closing time will be returned unopened. Bidders are invited to submit bids for the construction work listed on the bid form.

The Southwestern County Commission Alliance (SWCCA) will convene in a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, February 27, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Sierra County Administration Building, located at 855 Van Patten, Truth or Consequences, NM 87901. The agenda for this meeting may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from each participating County Manager’s Office or viewed online at www.grantcountynm.com.
