REGULAR MEETING

The Council of the Town of Hurley will hold a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. at the Hurley Town Hall at 101 Cortez Avenue in Hurley, New Mexico. This meeting is open to the public and residents are encouraged to attend. A copy of the agenda will be available at the Hurley Town Hall on Friday, July 7, 2017. If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the office of the Clerk at 101 Cortez Avenue or call 537-2287 at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible. ICIP WORK SESSION

The Bayard City Council will be conducting an Infrastructure Capital Improvements Plan Work Session on Monday, June 26, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Bayard City Hall. Discussion will be held to prioritize projects and needs of the City of Bayard. The public is invited to attend.

• The general purpose of the County Work Session is to inform the Grant County Board of Commissioners of the Agenda items that will be addressed at the next Regular Meeting, and for the Department Heads and other Elected Officials to communicate with the Commissioners in regard to matters in their respective departments. In accordance with Grant County Resolution No. 17-01, we welcome the public to attend the county Work Session; however, there will be no public input permitted at this meeting.

The Town of Silver City Lodgers' Tax Advisory Board will hold a meeting on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Express conference room, 1103 Superior St., Silver City, NM 88061. The agenda for the regular meeting includes: 1) Approval of the June 14, 2016 Minutes, 2) the election of the Chair and the Vice-Chair, and 3) Adjournment.
