My apologies for being so long in getting this important document written. We came back in late May, but it’s taken much longer this time to get back in operation. This post was almost ready to send off, when I discovered that it had “somehow” gotten deleted. Does that suggest its importance to you?

In Part 1, I mentioned Dr.Joseph Mercola’s book, “EMF*D.” At the bottom of his title it says this, “5G,Wi-Fi & Cell Phones: Hidden Harms and How to Protect Yourself.” He has a wealth of information in this book and I encourage you to take a look at it. It’s on Amazon, but you have to scroll down to find this, his latest book. (Usually they are posted first.)

There is much information online claiming to debunk this topic. It’s a hot-button concept. One wonders about their reasons. (Cah-ching?)

I raised the question of how you would know if you were experiencing symptoms of 5 G exposure. In answer, I shared a person’s experience when a base station was placed on the roof of their 5th floor apartment. Here is some of what happened.

At first, there was a continuous, high-pitched electrical sound, making it hard to sleep at night when it seemed more noticeable. Then came unrelenting headaches and tinnitus (ringing in the ears). “Brain fog” crept in coupled with a body sense that something was wrong.

Next came problems with vision as white lights seemed to flash now and then. Heart palpitations began along with excruciating joint pain. Shortness of breath (apnea) made the person feel like they were short of air, causing them to gasp at times. Other family members had insomnia and dizziness with brain fog. All of this escalated to damage to eyes and ears, coupled with what has been called EMRS or Electromagnetic Radiation Syndrome.

Now, I’m going to switch to a personal experience with a microwave oven before the time of 5 G. It’s also said to emit non-ionizing radiation. We got a microwave and installed it in a cabinet opening about 5’ up. That was about the height of my head as I stood at our sink 7’ away doing food preparation.

I began to notice odd sensations when it was running. First, a feeling of fullness in my head slowly began to cause brain fog. I had trouble recalling names and certain facts that had previously been easy to remember. Then I began to feel odd sensations in my body. It was hard to pinpoint. There were feelings of something being wrong that caused me to go to the other room when running the oven.

Then I read about aluminum foil being able to stop penetration of radioactive waves. So, I got heavy duty foil and put a large piece over the oven door and control panel. It seemed to help. I’ve seen how some people use aluminum foil wallpaper to prevent unseen energies from coming through the bedroom walls. I’m not sure that’s a good solution. Although it may well block outside radiation from entering through a wall, aluminum molecules have a great affinity for the brain. They are thought to contribute to deteriorating brain function, leading up to dementia and Alzheimer’s disorder. (We got rid of our microwave several years ago.) 

Now, lest we think this is an unimportant topic that’s been debunked by “experts,” let me be clear that studies are now showing that bees placed in fields near these towers, have difficulty finding their way back to the hive. Insect population is down, and with that there are fewer birds. Even plants are affected.

I first noticed two years ago that our backyard bird playground in an Eastern state had fewer participants. That was about the time 5 G towers were being erected in that area. Last year with even more monoliths towering here and there, there were even less birds  Even here in New Mexico, I see fewer flocks of birds. Some species don’t appear anymore (That could be partly due to the lengthy drought we’ve experienced, but that may be only one part of the puzzle.) 

We’ve noticed that some favored placements for these behemoths are places where people congregate the most: schools, theaters, condo-cities, hospitals, parking lots, malls and other frequent public gathering places.

There’s an interesting listing on Amazon “Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars: An Introductory Programming Manual.” It’s not the same as a debut album by Irish musicians. If you look the title up, there are some other books around similar topics.

Consider this document. pmc.ncbi.nim.nih.gov. “Chemical polarization effects of electromagnetic field radiation from the novel 5G network deployment at ultra high frequency.”  It states that the invisible radiation coming from the 5G network heats up body cells. Along with that it may well “alter human body nomenclature.” Fancy words to describe damage to the DNA within the cell.

Think of how earthquakes are rated. A rating one point higher than the next is “10 times stronger” than the one before it, In a similar way, ratings of G, be it, 3 G, 4G, 5 G or higher, indicate that we are being hit with waves of energy that increase the effects on our bodies.

Since 5 G dissipates within a short distance, they “need” to have multiple cell towers to accomplish their goals. That means a cell tower every 2-3 buildings,(that’s their stated goal) and explains the slow increase of towers we see crossing the countryside.

In speaking of exposure, 5 G phones times a number of hours daily “can lead to severe health complications.” Long term effects describe development of tumors and cancer. Children are particularly vulnerable because their skull bones are thinner, so they have less protection than do adults. This translates to seeing more glioblastomas in children, which is a very aggressive cancer. 

5 G radiation is described as “dangerous.” Warnings indicate how important it is to limit our exposure as much as possible. However, if we add up the hours spent on computers, cell phones, and the constancy of closely placed 5 G, we can only guess at the magnitude of danger we’re experiencing. “The amount of exposure to the frequency waves of 5 G increase exponentially, causing it to be more of a health hazard.”

So, here are some actions you can take to help protect you and your family Consider turning off your wifi router at night. (Here, I turn everything off. In the southeast, with a smaller living space, I pull the plugs nightly. If interested you can check out tutortials on Youtube for how to do this.

Some people switch to ethernet using grounded adapters or cables. You can use an EMF Testing Meter to determine the amount of exposure in any given room. Think of where your most used appliances are. Office, kitchen, laundry room.

On cell phone usage, the closer to your body, the more you are exposed. (Policemen who used radar guns and set them on their laps often experienced prostate cancer after years of use.) It’s a similar concept. Do not sleep with the cellphone in your bedroom. (If you must, put it in a nightstand drawer, or across the room.)

For computer use, consider using a wired mouse & keyboard.

Here’s something to think about. Most independent studies show a negative biological effect. The ones that show how safe it is are often funded by industry in one way or another.

I know this search into things we’ve been led to trust and depend on can be disconcerting to say the least. However, we’re looking at long-term, accumulative effects that can be detrimental to us and our children and how we can be proactive in protecting them and us.
