Legal Notices
The Beat charges $20 plus GRT per each legal notice that is not covered by an annual contract. Screenshot affidavits will be emailed at no extra charge.
For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits, from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting.
For example, if you want something posted three times, that will be $60 for the legal ads, plus $75 for a convenience fee for the notarization process.
If no notarization is required, the legal will be posted and will disappear when the item is archived at a later date.

The Gila Regional Medical Center Board of Trustees will convene for a Special Meeting on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, beginning at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Board Room at Gila Regional Medical Center, located at 1313 E. 32nd Street, Silver City, New Mexico.
Upon convening, the Board of Trustees will immediately enter into closed Executive Session to discuss the Infrastructure Capital Plan (ICIP) & plan to purchase and lease clinic space.

GRANT COUNTY LODGERS TAX ADVISORY BOARD MEETING
The Grant County Lodgers Tax Advisory Board will hold a Regular Quarterly Meeting on Monday, June 15, at 1:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Red Room at the Grant County Administration Complex, 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, NM 88061. If you are an individual with a disability who needs an auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the meeting, please contact the Grant County Manager's Office at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible. A copy of the agenda will be available in the County Manager's Office and online at www.grantcountynm.gov at least 72 hours prior to the meeting.

Quorum Notice – June 10, 2026
A quorum of the Gila Regional Medical Center's Board of Trustee may be in attendance at the New Mexico Hospital Association (NMHA) Leadership Retreat at the Inn of the Mountain Gods, in Ruidoso NM, 25971 on Wednesday June 10th at 5:30 thru Friday June 12th at noon.
This is not a formal meeting of the Board of Trustees, and no action will be taken.
The next regular meeting of the Board of Trustees will be on Wednesday July 1, 2026
