Michael Robinson will discuss and show slides illustrating the ecology, history and current status of the Mexican gray wolf, including how wolves benefit other wildlife and plants in their ecosystems, how the Mexican wolf became endangered, the politics behind wolf policy, and today’s Mexican wolf genetics, geographic distribution and prospects for recovery. Michael Robinson works as a conservation advocate for the non-profit Center for Biological Diversity.
