LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Silver City Council will hold a Regular Council Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy. 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. The agenda will include:

11. NEW BUSINESS:

A. Approval / Disapproval of EXPENDITURE REPORT FOR PERIOD ENDING MARCH 31, 2026.

B. Approval / Disapproval of RESOLUTION 2026-11: A RESOLUTION APPOVING REVISIONS TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT FEE SCHEDULE.

C. Approval / Disapproval of RESOLUTION 2026-13: A RESOLUTION TO FORM A REUSE AND RECYCLE COMMITTEE FOR THE TOWN OF SILVER CITY, NEW MEXICO AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION 2026-07 PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED.

D. Approval / Disapproval of a Public Celebration Permit Application for Live Music Pop-Up for April 28, 2026, with alcohol served from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm at 214 W. Yankie Silver City, New Mexico. Liquor License Holder: 1). Open Space Brewing, License #SBL-000112, P. O. Box 2369, Silver City, NM 88062.

E. Approval / Disapproval of a Public Celebration Permit Application for Tour of the Gila After-Party for May 2, 2026, with alcohol served from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm at 214 W. Yankie Silver City, New Mexico. Liquor License Holder: 1). Open Space Brewing, License #SBL-000112, P. O. Box 2369, Silver City, NM 88062.

12. Approval / Disapproval of Closed Executive Session pursuant to NMSA 1978 10-15-

1(H)(6), meetings subject to the attorney-client privilege pertaining to threatened or

pending litigation in which the public body is or may become a participant.

13. ADJOURNMENT

Agendas are available prior to the meeting and may be obtained at City Hall, 101 W. Broadway and City Hall Annex, 1203 North Hudson, or on the Town's website, www.townofsilvercity.org .
