Caller advised male was kicked out of the store for not having ID/he is now standing outside asking other customers to buy him alcohol/he is wearing all black/he is bald/he is standing outside the Food Basket. Caller doesn't want a CTW issued at this time. Male just left the store walking toward Santa Clara with a bottle of alcohol. Officer advised out with the male/issued him a two-year CTW.
