Third party call/caller was contacted by sister-in-law/advised someone was outside with a water hose trying to put it out. BPD officer advised they were cooking outside/fire is out.

Advised it's a small fire. CGVFD advised someone was camping under a tree with a fire/all units clear.

In an empty lot. XCVFD advised no smoke or flames showing/homeowner possibly got it out with a hose/cleaning up hot spots.

Caller advised an older couple is gathering twigs and building several little fires/caller cannot give a description of the couple. NMSP officer advised we have a controlled burn at that address.

610 N. Silver Street – 8:41 a.m.
Campfire going/looks to be a bonfire/dry grass around them/about knee-high flames/about a campfire size/next to a tree. SCFD officer said no smoke or visible flames/out with (redacted) who had a small warming fire going on the front SW side of SOS. Silver Fire put the fire out and advised (redacted) to not be starting fires.

A campfire behnd SOS/not on SOS property/too dark to see anyone. SCPD officer advised both redacted names are clear locally.

Saturday, Feb. 28

Brush fire
McKnight Road – 4:03 p.m.
Unknown how it started/caller was coming out of the canyon when they saw smoke/people are trying to stop the flames now/quarter of an acre/no structures/right to the river/wind is blowing away from the river/flames are about six feet/trees are starting to catch/Forest Service was advised and will be en route.

1306 N. Silver Street – 8:57 p.m.
RV is on fire/it is the camper under the street light. SCFD - E11 advised smoke coming out of the RV/no visual of any flames/E11 and E21 are clear/fire is out/cause was a candle turned over by owner.
