Caller advising there is a fire in the backyard/he can see someone go outside and add fuel to the fire and go back inside/he is concerned as it is very windy. BFD advised cooling down unattended fire behind residence/pressurized canister in the fire/no one has come out to check on the fire/waiting for LE to go onto the property.
