Milligan attempted to flee from deputies but was later detained and charged with resisting, evading, or obstructing a peace officer along with an active warrant. He was booked into the GCDC.

Those arrested were Danielle Munoz, Michael Alirez, Joseph De La Torre, Margaret Dominguez, Angelica Salas, and Danny Munoz.
