Intoxicated driver – Highway 90 – MM 33 (1 mile north of Tyrone Mine turnoff) – Deputies contacted the driver, Sean Lehman who was arrested on charges of concealing identity; driving on roadways laned for traffic; driving while license suspended or revoked; open container; resisting, evading, or obstructing a peace officer; and tampering with evidence. Lehman was later booked into the GCDC.
