Silver City, NM, May 25, 2026--- The monthly meeting of PFLAG Silver City on Tuesday, June 2nd, will focus on July 4th celebration preparations, including a poster-making party, 6:00 PM at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 3845 N. Swan. Refreshments will be served, and the public is invited.

Once again, PFLAG Silver City, along with LGBTQ Grant County and allies, will be marching in the July 4th parade in Silver City. Marchers are encouraged to create a sign to carry in the parade that expresses their support for their LGBTQ+ family, friends and fellow Americans. The theme for this year's parade is "This Land Belongs to You and Me." PFLAG will provide poster-making materials at the meeting, but participants are welcome to bring their own.
