SILVER CITY, NM — TheActrix Studio LLC has officially announced its 2026 Summer Drama Camp teaching artists, assistants, and camp themes for a month-long season of imaginative arts education, collaborative storytelling, music, movement, and performance at The Hearth in Silver City.
Running July 6–31, 2026, the camps offer both half-day and full-day options for young people across a variety of age groups and creative interests.
Founded by Wendy Spurgeon, TheActrix Studio continues its mission of building confidence, creativity, emotional intelligence, and community connection through immersive arts experiences for youth and families.
"This year's camps are designed not only to entertain, but to help young people practice collaboration, courage, communication, and imagination," said Spurgeon. "We're creating spaces where kids can take creative risks, build friendships, and discover what becomes possible when storytelling and community meet."
