Three Mustangs were honored today with their selections for All Confrence honors in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference. QB Mitch Glasmann was selected at the Offensive Freshman of the Year; WR Marquis Sumpter was named to the RMAC First Team Offense; CB Bernard Williams was named to the RMAC First Team Defense.

Glasmann started all 11 games for the Mustangs finishing the season with a 135.6 efficiency rating. He completed just over 58% of his pass attempts throwing for 3139 yards; 27 TDs and only 12 INTs. Glasmann's total passing yards and TD total were both single season records for WNMU since the school moved to the NCAA D-II ranks in 1994. Glasmann lead an offense that was ranked in the top twelve nationally in total offense.

Sumpter, also a pre-season All American pick, led the Mustangs in all receiving categories amassing 1180 yards on 74 catches and 13 TDs. He was also tops in yards per catch, 15.9; yards per game, 107; long reception of the season, 71. Sumpter's numbers also put him at the top of the conference in each of those categories. Sumpter was also in the top 20 in the nation in most receiving categories.

Williams often drew the best opposing reciever as his assignment and regularly held them below their season averages in all categories. Williams was third on the team in total tackles, 59; first in interceptions, 3; passes defensed, 9; and passes broken up, 12.
