The Beat charges $15 plus GRT per each legal notice that is not covered on an annual contract. Screenshot affidavits will be emailed at no extra charge.

For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting. If you want something posted three times, that will be the $45 plus $75 for a convenience fee.

Quorum Notice – July 19, 2024

A potential quorum of the Gila Regional Medical Center's Board of Trustee may be in attendance during a luncheon with a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) candidate for Gila Regional Medical Center on Friday July 19, 2024. Location will be at Buckhorn Saloon and Opera House Main Street, Historic Pinos Altos, NM 88053.

This is not a formal meeting of the Board of Trustees, and no action will be taken. The next regular meeting of the Board of Trustees will be on Wednesday July 24, 2024.

The Gila Regional Medical Center Board of Trustees will convene in a Special Board Meeting (Executive Session) on Monday July 15, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Board Room at Gila Regional Medical Center located at 1313 E. 32nd Street Silver City, NM 88061, and or via tele video. This meeting will be closed to the public and will immediately go into Executive Session pursuant to the New Mexico Review Organization Immunity Act and the New Mexico Open Meetings Act Section 10-15-1(H)(9) to discuss Strategic & Long Range Business Planning. No action will be taken. The next Regular Board Meeting will be held on July 24, 2024.
