Luna County staff are hosting a public meeting to discuss the proposed HEART Ordinance (animal control). It will be held at 4 p.m. on Thursday in the Luna County Courthouse Commission Chambers, 700 S. Silver Avenue, Deming. A draft of the ordinance is below and is also posted on www.lunacountynm.us.
