SPECIAL MEETING

Wednesday, October 23, 2024
5:30 P.M.

The Council of the Town of Hurley will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. at the Hurley Community Center at 302 Carrasco Ave in Hurley, New Mexico for items listed:

• Consideration of Resolution 8-2024/2025 Participation in Local Government Road Fund Program Administered by New Mexico Department of Transportation - CN L100522,
• Consideration of Resolution 9-2024/2025 Participation in Local Government Road Fund Program Administered by New Mexico Department of Transportation - CN L100560,
• Consideration of Amendment #2 to Task Order #1 - GO Building Renovations,
• Consideration of Amendment #1 to Task Order #2 - Big Muddy Park Improvements,
• Consideration of Amendment #1 to Task Order #4 - Lift Station Bidding/Construction,
• Consideration of Amendment #1 to Task Order #8 - GO Building Abatement RFP.

This meeting is open to the public and residents are encouraged to attend or stream via Zoom at https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82320321931 . A copy of the agenda will be available at the Hurley Town Hall and online at www.townofhurley.us on Friday, October 18, 2024. If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the office of the Clerk at 101 Cortez Avenue or call 575-537-2287 at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible.
