LEGAL NOTICE

Special Meeting – Tuesday July 7, 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Gila Regional Medical Center Board of Trustees will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, beginning at 3:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted in the Board Room at Gila Regional Medical Center, 1313 E. 32nd Street, Silver City, New Mexico.

The Board may convene in Executive Session pursuant to the New Mexico Open Meetings Act, Section 10-15-1(H)(9) NMSA 1978, to discuss matters pertaining to strategic and long-range business planning, as well as medical-legal, quality assurance, and peer review matters as permitted by law.

Following Executive Session, the Board will reconvene in Open Session to consider and take action on the selection and election of Board Officers. Any final action or vote will occur only during Open Session.

Copies of the meeting agenda will be available from JoAnn Holguin, Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, Robert Whitaker, in the Administration Office at Gila Regional Medical Center or by calling (575) 538-4098.

The next Regular Meeting of the Gila Regional Medical Center Board of Trustees is scheduled for Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
