The Town of Silver City Council will hold a Regular Council Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy. 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. The agenda will include:

E. Approval / Disapproval of RESOLUION 2026-09: A RESOLUTION REQUESTING TRANSPARENCY AND DETAILED INFORMATION FROM THE NEW MEXICO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION REGARDING THE PROPOSED PROJECT AT THE INTERSECTION OF US 180 AND NM 90.

F. RESOLUTION NO. 2026-10: A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION 2021-19 A MORATORIUM TO PROHIBIT BUILDING, CONSTRUCTING, AND ESTABLISHING COMMUNITY SOLAR FACILITIES

G. Approval / Disapproval of ORDINANCE NO. 1338: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE AND TRANSFER OF A 0.430 ACRE TRACT OF REAL PROPERTY, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 48, SECTION 48-30 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF SILVER CITY.
