LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Silver City Downtown Action Plan Committee Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Silver City Town Hall Annex Upstairs Conference Room, 1203 N. Hudson, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. The agenda will include:

1. CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND SALUTE TO THE NEW MEXICO STATE FLAG

2. CHANGES TO AGEGNDA

3. COMMITTEE COMMENTS

4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

5. PUBLIC INPUT- During this portion of our meeting, we welcome your suggestions and want to hear your concerns. This is not a question-and-answer period; speakers will be limited to five (5) minutes.

6. REPORTS

a. TIF Report due Oct. 5th by City Business Department

7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS

8. NEW BUSINESS

a. Plan to implement asphalt art on Bullard

b. Other issues, solutions to be discussed

9. ADJOURNMENT

Agendas are available prior to the meeting and may be obtained at City Hall, 101 W. Broadway and City Hall Annex, 1203 North Hudson, or on the Town's website, www.townofsilvercity.org .
