Notice of Regular Monthly Board Meeting and Draft Agenda

March 18, 2026

Tyrone Water & Wastewater Association

The Tyrone Water & Wastewater Association will hold its regular monthly board meeting on Wednesday March 18, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Tyrone Community Center, 50 Malachite Avenue Tyrone, New Mexico 88065.

The agenda for the meeting may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting.

Draft Agenda

1. Call to order and declare a quorum – Alan Berg-President

2. Approval/disapproval of Agenda-Deletions

3. Approval/disapproval of minutes from February 18, 2026, monthly Board meeting

4. Approval/disapproval of financial report from July 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026.

5. New Business

a. Approval/disapproval of appointing Doug Gorthy as Acting Secretary of TWWA Board of Directors. Term will be from March 18, 2026 until the annual membership meeting on May 20, 2026.

b. Approval/disapproval of Resolution 2026-15. AMENDED AND RESTATED COLONIAS INFRASTRUCTURE FUND LOAN/GRANT AGREEMENT, Dated April 10, 2026, by and between the NEW MEXICO FINANCE AUTHORITY, and the Tyrone Water & Wastewater Association, Grant County, New Mexico, as Borrower/Grantee. Value of the project is $6,798,318.

6. Approval/disapproval of motion moving into executive session in accordance with 2024 New Mexico Statutes Chapter 10 - Public Officers and Employees Article 15 - Open Meetings Section 10-15-1 H (6) and (7) Formation of public policy; procedures for open meetings; exceptions and procedures for executive session.

a. Reconvene in open session after executive session

b. Any action taken in executive session

7. Report and Approval of Officers and Committees

8. Adjournment
