The Beat charges $20 plus GRT per each legal notice that is not covered by an annual contract. Screenshot affidavits will be emailed at no extra charge.
For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits, from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting.
For example, if you want something posted three times, that will be $60 for the legal ads, plus $75 for a convenience fee for the notarization process.
If no notarization is required, the legal will be posted and will disappear when the item is archived at a later date.

The Bayard City Council will conduct a Regular Re-scheduled Meeting at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday April 23, 2026 at the Bayard City Hall. Attendance of City Council members will be in person. The Gila Regional Medical Center Board of Trustees will convene in an Executive Session on Wednesday April 15, 2026, beginning at 4:00 p.m. The Executive Session will take place in the Board Room at Gila Regional Medical Center located at 1313 E. 32nd Street. This Meeting will be closed to the public pursuant to the New Mexico Review Organization Immunity Act and the New Mexico Open Meetings Act Section 10-15-1(H)(9) Strategic & Long Range Business Planning.
This is not a formal meeting of the Board of Trustees, and no action will be taken.
The next Regular Meeting of the Gila Regional Medical Center Board of Trustees will take place on Wednesday May 6, 2026
