Legal Notices
The Beat charges $20 plus GRT per each legal notice that is not covered by an annual contract. Screenshot affidavits will be emailed at no extra charge.
For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits, from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting.
For example, if you want something posted three times, that will be $60 for the legal ads, plus $75 for a convenience fee for the notarization process.
If no notarization is required, the legal will be posted and will disappear when the item is archived at a later date.

QUORUM NOTICE
A quorum of the Grant County Board of Commissioners may attend the 2nd Public Meeting for the 2026 Update of the Grant County Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP) occurring on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at the Grant County Administration Complex in the Commissioners Meeting Room. This is not a formal meeting of the Grant County Board of Commissioners, and no action will be taken.

The Bayard City Council will conduct a Organizational Meeting at 4:30 p.m. and Regular Meeting to follow on Wednesday January 21, 2026 at the Bayard City Hall. Attendance of City Council members will be in person. Items on the agenda relate to old and new business matters.
