Pickleball Tuesday-Saturday 9:00 am-2:00pm all ages welcome, no pre-registration required or fee to play. We have pickleballs and paddles to borrow, all ages and skills welcome. Drop-in play no registration required.

Flexible & Fit -Tuesdays 10:00 am-11:00 am $10.00 fee per person per class. Instructor Sandy Lang. Improve strength, balance, and flexibility in this low-impart class geared toward the active exerciser seeking to maintain fitness. Body-weight exercise and stretches that incorporate basic Pilates, yoga and core work will help increase strength and mobility. Bring a mat and water bottle. Must be able to get up and down easily without assistance.

Board/Card Game Social – Wednesday 10:00 am-1:00 pm in the multi-purpose room. We have games for everyone. Whether you're visually impaired, neurodivergent, or looking for something motor-friendly, we have games for you No cost to attend & no pre-registration required. Jiu-Jitsu Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Youth ages 10-16 5:00-6:00 pm, adults 16 years and older 6:00 pm $15 per class per person or $65 per month per person. Instructor Matthew Madrid. Pre-registration prioritized, drop-ins welcome if space permits.

Woman's Kickboxing Cardio Class- Wednesdays & Fridays 6:30 pm-7:30 pm. Instructor Matt Madrid. $15 per person per session or $55 a month per person.

High-energy full-body fitness class combining martial arts techniques-punches, knee strikes-with fast paced cardiovascular intervals. Designed for all fitness levels, it boosts heart rate, builds strength.

Sunday Fun Day Club: Inclusive Open Court begins Sunday, April 12, 2026, from 12:00 pm-3:00 pm. Our facility is physically accessible and meets the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design, except for our bleachers. If you require special seating, please contact us prior to the event. The only requirement is that you must be registered at Rec Center, you may do it online or in-person.

Zumba- begins April 7th and will be every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 pm-6:30 pm. Instructor: Carissa Guild, $13 drop per person per class or $55 for the month (8 classes).

Zumba is a popular dance-based fitness program that combines Latin and international music with high-energy dance moves to create a full-body aerobic workout.
