Mark your calendars for the 13th annual Give Grandly community celebration, happening Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Gough Park in Silver City. This lively, family-friendly event supports the Give Grandly Coalition, an informal network of over 60 local nonprofits, and is now part of the broader Southern New Mexico Giving Day, a regional effort spanning 13 counties.

This year marks a new chapter for the event as the Gila Community Foundation partners with the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico to create a unified giving campaign across the region. While this collaboration expands the reach and impact of giving, Give Grandly remains Silver City's signature in-person celebration and day of giving, bringing the community together in the same vibrant, grassroots way it always has.

Give Grandly continues to unite southwest New Mexico in a powerful spirit of generosity. Since its founding, the initiative has raised nearly $2 million to ustain and expand the vital work of local nonprofits. These funds provide essential, flexible support that organizations rely on to serve their communities year-round.

Can't make the in-person event? No worries! Online giving will be available from April 13 through April 24, 2026 at www.GiveGrandly.org , as part of Southern New Mexico Giving Day. Donors can give directly to participating nonprofits through the shared online platform, with all funds going directly to the organizations making a difference.

At the in-person Silver City Give Grandly celebration on April 18. Attendees can connect with numerous community nonprofits, meet dedicated staff and volunteers, and learn firsthand about the impact of their work across southwest New Mexico. The event will also feature local food vendors, live music, and activities for all ages.

From food security and youth development to arts, culture, and environmental stewardship, Give Grandly fuels the work of organizations dedicated to building a stronger, more resilient community.

Be sure to also check out the Southern New Mexico giving day send off in Las Cruces at the Food Truck Giveback April 24th 11am to 1pm located at the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico in Las Cruces.
