The 'A' team turned out in force yesterday as members of the Silver City Fire Department came to Gough Park with ladders and strung Christmas lights around the gazebo. Lighting the gazebo for the Christmas season is a joint venture of the Silver City Kiwanis Club and the Silver City MainStreet Project, with lights provided by Ace Hardware.
From left, the firemen helping were Firefighter Leonard Escamilla, Captain Gabe Gutierrez, Firefighter Jason Uffelman, Engineer Tommy Chavez (on the ladder), Lieutenant Nathaniel A. Schwarz, Lieutenant Daniel Hernandez and Engineer Adam White.
The support of the Silver City Public Works & Parks Department made it all possible.
