An upcoming Nonprofit Resource Group's brown bag training promises to help nonprofits understand the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) 990 tax form and how it relates to organizations on Thursday, February 21, 2019, from noon to 1 p.m. at Western New Mexico University's Miller Library Conference Room A, located at 1000 W. College Ave., in Silver City.
The director of Small Business Development Center at Western New Mexico University, Jane Janson discuss the 990 Internal Revenue Service tax form, why it matters to nonprofits, and how organizations can use their 990 as a fundraising tool.
