A new exhibit is on display at Cow Trail Art Studio. Artist Victoria Chick has put together a selection from her collection of 19th and early 20th century original, signed prints and drawings which she has entitled, "100 YEARS OF LANDSCAPE: Graphic Work of American Artists from 1879 to 1980."
If you like history and art, you will enjoy seeing this exhibit. Included are prints by some of the pioneer etchers in the United States, woodcuts from 1910 to 1950, lithographs from the WPA era, as well as modernist drawings, and graphite studies for paintings in the 1980s.
Cow Trail Art Studio will be from 12 noon until 3:00 pm on Mondays only during December. Regular visitor days and hours resume January 1st: Mon., Thurs., Fri., and Sat. from 12 noon until 3:00 pm. Cow Trail Art Studio is located at 119 Cow Trail in Arenas Valley.
