The Dances of Universal Peace are simple meditative and joyous circle dances. They use sacred phrases, chants, movements, and music from the world's wisdom traditions. It is an event that anyone can participate in, no experience necessary, no need to bring a partner, and no admission fee but contributions will be appreciated. They have sometimes been called Sufi Dancing. Held the 3rd Friday of each month, this month's dance will be led by Barbara Anne Rich and Mana'ar Johnson. Friday, February 15 from 7-9 pm at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd parish hall. The church is at 615 N. Texas St., but you can enter from the back by the parking lot at 6th St. and Arizona. Join us for a night of interfaith singing and dancing! For more information visit here or contact
