Chase with Border Patrol/deputy called and advised been trying to transmit over radio but received no transmission/advised that Border Patrol got vehicle at MM 15/ will be en route to Hachita.

A named male accosted him and hit his car with his fist/ongoing issue for three years. Deputy made contact with (redacted) /positive on warrant.

Caller's husband hired (redacted) to do work on their house in Tyrone/he was given a check for $2,400/it was cashed and work never done. Deputy advised it's going to be a civil matter/will be clear.

Caller advised a named male is threatening everyone on the property/they left when he threatened to call LE/there is a CTW on the male for this property.

Caller advised two females and one male went in asking questions about amphitheater then drove slow through the area recording on their phone. Caller is concerned for her safety.

Domestic disturbance

Caller received a call from her 19-year-old daughter advising she had gotten into a fight with her boyfriend/he had grabbed her and slammed her against the wall/she has bruises. SCPD officer advised it happened on Broken Arrow/send county. Deputy – everything is okay/will be clear.

Male was running through caller's yard/when caller asked him what he was doing the male gave him the "bird" and took off/he is still in the area running through yards. Deputy made contact with the male and advised him to stay out of caller's yard/everything is okay.

Caller received a call from a neighbor stating a blue truck with a male is on the property/caller does not want the male on the property. Deputy – negative contact with male/advised there were issues between homeowner and male.

Caller's brother is refusing to leave/brother was escorted back to his trailer/everything is okay.

Caller advised this is her grandma's home and her grandma is out of town and caller can hear loud music coming from the home/advised no vehicles are in the driveway and no one should be home. Deputy out with caller/she is leaving the home/caller is going to retrieve a safe from inside.

Caller advised they just got home and noticed someone hit their truck and pushed it into their fence.

States her silver Lincoln was hit while parked on the street overnight. Caller is requesting GCSO deputy as Hurley PD not available.

Neighbor is at caller's gate trying to call him out/he does this often. Deputy – (redacted) was issued a 2-year CTW for 132 Arenas Valley Road/going to be in the area to make sure he doesn't return.

Smoke coming from a white trailer/thinks they are burning pallets and trash. Tyrone VFD requests deputy go en route. Deputy – they were burning weeds.

(Redacted) is not allowed at this location/he has two people with him/vehicle is a small white Dodge. Deputy – it was the neighbor not who was thought was there/can cancel.
