Santa Fe, NM – The Revenue Stabilization and Tax Policy Committee will meet Monday and Tuesday, December 10 – 11, at the state capitol in Santa Fe.
Revenue Stabilization and Tax Policy Committee chairman Representative Edward C. Sandoval (D-Bernalillo-17) will call the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. Monday in room 322. Topics include a revenue forecast presented by the Cabinet Secretaries of the Taxation and Revenue Department and the Department of Finance and Administration, as well as the Chief Economist of the Legislative Finance Committee.
Monday afternoon, Ray Powell, Commissioner of Public Lands, will give the State Land Office annual status and revenue update. On Tuesday, the committee will also discuss and endorse proposed legislation for the upcoming session before adjourning at 12:00 noon.
