Washington, DC (October 11, 2011) Today, Congressman Steve issued the following statement regarding the death of former state legislator and Bataan Death March survivor, Thomas P. Foy:
"I offer my deepest sympathy and condolences to the family, friends, and loved ones of Thomas Foy," said Pearce. "Having served with him in the state legislature, I know that he will be sincerely missed. He was the embodiment of the American spirit. His legacy of courage and strength will not be forgotten. The Foy family will be in my thoughts and prayers, as we remember the life of an incredible man."
