November is Alzheimers Awareness Month and the Silver City Public library exhibit-of-the-month will show how Art Quilts can fund Alzheimer's research and education.
The family of the the late Virginia Dwyer of Mimbres has assembled a display of Art Quilts submitted by people whose lives have been affected by the disease. These quilts will be sold or auctioned online by the Alzheimer's Art Quilt Initiative, a non-profit dedicated to this cause.
