The Silver City Arts & Cultural District is accepting proposals for a Campaign Logo Design.
Summary:
The purpose of this RFP is to provide a fair evaluation for all candidates and to provide the candidates with the evaluation criteria against which they will be judged.
This is a ONE time project to produce a CAMPAIGN LOGO.
This is an open and competitive process.
Proposals received after 12:00pm/noon, October 28 will not be considered.
Proposals will be evaluated immediately thereafter.
The price you quote should be inclusive.

Scope of Project & Requirements:
Contractor will provide ONE logo design for Tourism Campaign.
Qualifications:
1) Include a cover letter describing your experience in producing LOGOS or other marketing collateral for non-profit and/or community-focused projects.
2) Provide the quote for your services offered.
Evaluation Criteria:
Suitability of the Proposal - the proposal meets the needs of the SCACD and criteria set forth in
this RFP.
Aesthetic Capabilities - LOGO demonstrates powerful, impactful artistic expression.
Candidate Experience - Candidate has successfully completed similar projects and has the qualifications necessary to undertake this project.
Value/Pricing Structure and Price Levels - The price is commensurate with the value
offered by the proposer.
Selection Process:
Committee will select several qualified candidate finalists. Candidates will then be contacted with information for Logo Design.
Candidates will submit mock-up for campaign Logo Design.
Successful Candidate will be notified.
Successful Candidate will provide final logo in a variety of file formats, include Adobe Illustrator vector (AI and EPS) and a variety of raster formats (including JPG and TIF). Logo Design will become trademarked property of Silver City Arts & Cultural District.
Payment:
Contractor (Logo Designer) will immediately submit invoice and will be paid 30-45 days after acceptance of successful logo.
Contractor is responsible for all taxes associated with project.
