WASHINGTON -U.S. Senator Tom Udall talked with radio reporters today about the recent agreement between the FCC and the wireless association, CTIA, to reduce cell phone "bill shock", and the inclusion of guidelines proposed by Udall. He also discussed the Senate Commerce Committee hearing on concussions and sports equipment marketing practices, featuring a witness from New Mexico.
