Believes a named female is under the influence and she left with his daughters in a silver Dodge Caravan/female was upset because caller was talking to CYFD. Officer advised ATL given to all frequencies/received call the vehicle is on Cottonwood and N. Prescott. Officer advised busy conducting SFST/everything is okay/negative on impaired driver.
